Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 15, 2026 • Applies to all digital purchases on the Mc-Asia Network Store.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital items, ranks, passes, or virtual coins on the Mc-Asia Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
All store items are intangible digital goods delivered immediately via RCON API. All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable once processed.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without prior consultation with staff will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist of your Minecraft account and IP.

1.3. All perks and cosmetics comply fully with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines.
2. Product Types, Seasonal Ranks & Permanent Donator Tiers
2.1. **Rank Donatur (Permanent)**: Lifetime donator ranks are 100% immune to season wipes and include self-service transfer features in the player dashboard.
2.2. **Rank Season**: Seasonal ranks are valid exclusively during the active season and will expire upon a global season reset.

3.3. **Delivery Speed**: Automated delivery generally occurs within 10 to 60 seconds. If a server is restarting, commands will queue and execute immediately when the server returns online.
4. Rules Violation & Rank Forfeiture

4.2. Banned accounts are not eligible for compensation, rank refunds, or value transfers.
